Katrina Hill holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, the premier professional appraisal organization. She specializes in waterfront properties in the Lake Sunapee Area and is known for quality appraisals of all types of residential properties, including complex assignments. Katrina was the 2015 & 2016 President, NH-VT Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, serving on the Board of Directors from 1998-2026.
